| | What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered? We offer you three choices: (1) Ship Immediately - Cancel any item that is not in stock and ship the rest immediately. I will accept a partial order. I understand you will email me if an item is in stock but the quantity available is less than I ordered; (2) Ship in One Week - If Apex5 is expecting new inventory, you may hold my order for up to 5 business days. I will accept a partial order if the missing items do not arrive; 3) Ship Complete Order - Ship my order only if the full amount of every item is available. I will not accept a partial order. You are asked to select between these three options at the time you make your purchase.

| | Do you have a minimum order size? |
| | Do you ever sell second quality fabrics? Not knowingly. All the fabric we ship is inspected when it is measured. Occasionally, there may be something we don't see. Should you ever receive flawed or defective fabric, please return that fabric to us for a refund or exchange.

| | Can I change my order after I've placed it, and how do I do this? Maybe. Since we fill orders as fast as we can, you have to be pretty fast yourself if you want to change your order. A change made within minutes will be certain to take effect. A change made within hours still has a good chance. Next day is far less likely. To notify us of a change, just send us an e-mail. We will e-mail back to let you know whether or not we were able to accommodate your request. If your efforts prove to be for naught, don't despair. You'll be able to return what you don't want. However, we do not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice.

Swatches |
| | Can I get fabric swatches? Yes, swatches may be obtained for any fabric. An option for ordering a swatch is found on each fabric page (the same page from which you would order the fabric). Unfortunately, because filling an order for swatches involves many of the same steps required to fill an order for yardage, we do have to charge for swatches. Swatches are not returnable with the single exception of large (one yard) decorator fabric swatches. Fabric Swatches A 2" x 4" fashion fabric swatch is $1.00. There is no mailing or shipping charge for fashion fabric swatches.

| | What forms of payment do you accept? We really want to encourage payment by credit card as this is what our site is set up to handle. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, it should be mailed to us after the order has been placed.

Return Policy |
| | What is your return policy? Our merchandise is sold on a satisfaction guaranteed basis. That means that the merchandise you purchase can be returned, and your money will be refunded. There is one important exception. Curtain and upholstery fabric returns are assessed a 20% restocking fee. For this reason, we strongly suggest that customers obtain swatches before making a final decision on drapery or upholstery fabric. Returns must be made within 30 days of our invoice date. Returns sent COD or collect will not be accepted. We cannot provide refunds for merchandise we have not received. You may want to consider requesting a return receipt when mailing merchandise of substantial value. When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise returned and sales tax, if any. Our general rule is that we do not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice. There are two exceptions: (1) return of fabric that is flawed or damaged and (2) return of one meter pieces of curtain or upholstery fabric that have been purchased as one meter swatches.
